Cultural Production Incentive Program In order to support the artist Rafael Ramos from Sal, better known as “Faia” to develop his own activities, as a source of income, and as a guarantee of his own sustainability, in the artistic sphere, the City Council do Sal, this morning, May 31, donated a cavaquinho, his instrument of choice.
